My name is Javier Solorzano and I am an iOS Engineer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I hold a BS in Computer Engineering from LSU, and a Master’s from GA Tech in CS with a specialization in HCI.

While working at Apple alongside world-class designers, I led development on products and features that shipped on billions of devices across iOS, macOS, visionOS, and tvOS. There, I learned what it takes to operate at the scale, speed, and quality that Apple is known for.

My hobbies include baking, kicking ass at Mario Kart, and reading. I am a devout Catholic, husband to an amazing wife, father to two beautiful children, and I never take myself as seriously as these photos might have you think (apparently good designers are obligated to look either stoic or pensive in headshots).
